Loan Repayment Plan
Eligibility and Other Information
- All loan payments will be paid directly to the lending agency if approved by Human Resources in advance at the University of Kentucky tuition rate.
- Loan payments must be for an undergraduate or graduate
degree from an accredited college or university, in
a program of study for a "hard-to-fill"
position.
- The lesser of 20% or $5,250 per year (I.R.S. maximum benefit level) of the tuition loans will be repaid for full-time Associates based on UK tuition rate.
- For part-time and flex Associates the rate is 10%.
- Associate must have completed the 90-day orientation
period and received an acceptable performance summary.
- Associates must be working in the position for which
the degree was obtained.
- A Student Loan Repayment application must be submitted to your director.
