Ephraim McDowell Health Care Foundation provides new equipment for Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital

October 8, 2018 – Danville, Kentucky – The Ephraim McDowell Health Care Foundation has made yet another investment in patient care at Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital with the recent purchase of an ALLY Uterine Positioning System.  The $9,500 system is used in laparoscopic surgeries, and increases patient safety during these surgeries.

The Ephraim McDowell Health Care Foundation is a non-profit corporation that uses 100% of donations to support health care needs throughout the Ephraim McDowell Health family of services and provides health care for those unable to afford physician care and medications.  Anyone wishing to contribute to the Ephraim McDowell Health Care Foundation can call (859) 239-2419 or visit www.emhealth.org.
