McDowell Wellness Center is offering a session of Junior Boot Camp to area middle school students.
Junior Boot Camp begins on Monday, April 11, meeting from 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. each Monday and Wednesday. This camp lasts four weeks and is comprised of fun exercises that will improve cardiovascular condition and strength. The exercises include push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, crunches, up-downs, walking and running.
