Ephraim McDowell Garrard Clinic welcomes Erin Fannin, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC. She will be joining Dr. Steven Green and Lauren Pingleton, APRN, on January 16.
Erin obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her
master’s degree in nursing from the University of Louisville. She is board-certified by the
American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a family nurse practitioner and will care for
patients of all ages. She has been a nurse practitioner since 2014 and cared for acutely ill patients
in the hospital setting. She is excited to be able to care for patients in her hometown and looks
forward to helping improve the health of those in her community.
Erin lives in Garrard County with her husband, Matt, and their four children, Lucas, Landon,
Lillie, and Lawson. She is an active member of Crab Orchard Baptist Church. In her free time,
she enjoys the outdoors, gardening, camping with her family, and reading.
