Sheena McGuffey, FNP-C, has joined the staff at Ephraim McDowell Family & Internal Medicine and will begin seeing patients later this month with Dr. Mohammad Shahzad, Dr. Justin Lande and Sabrina Wellman, FNP-C.  She will be providing primary care to adult patients.

Sheena earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2011 from the University of Kentucky and her master’s degree in nursing in 2021, from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO.  She is board-certified by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and she enjoys caring for adult patients across the lifespan. 

Sheena lives in Danville with her husband and son.  During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, canning and traveling.
