Ephraim McDowell Health Sponsors Sensory Friendly Spooktacular Glow Party

Ephraim McDowell Health is excited to announce a sensory-friendly Spooktacular Glow Party in partnership with the Boyle County Extension Office, Heart of Kentucky United Way, Ephraim McDowell Kids Can Do Pediatric Therapy Center, Ephraim McDowell Health Care Foundation, and Kendyl & Friends Foundation. INC.  The Spooktacular will be on Sunday, October 13, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Boyle County Extension Office.  This inclusive Halloween event is designed for high-needs children and adults, providing a fun and accessible environment for all attendees.

The Spooktacular Glow Party will feature a variety of activities, including trick-or-treating, glow dance with a DJ, pumpkin decorating, a sensory room, a calming room, a hi-lo changing table, and a selection of snacks and drinks. The event aims to create a safe and enjoyable experience for individuals with sensory sensitivities, ensuring that everyone can participate in the Halloween festivities.
