
Snigdha Nutalapati, M.D., has joined the staff at Ephraim McDowell Commonwealth Cancer Center. She will be joining Dr. Saurabh V. Parasramka, Dr. Nagabhishek Moka, both who are contracted providers, and advanced practice provider Victoria Cammack.
Dr. Nutalapati completed her medical training in Internal Medicine from Morehouse School of Medicine, Atlanta, GA. She then dedicated three years of subspecialty training in Hematology and Medical Oncology at the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Nutalapati is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology. In addition to general oncology, she has a special interest in gastrointestinal malignancies, including pancreatic, hepatobiliary, appendiceal, and both upper and lower GI tract cancers. She is dedicated to providing evidence-based, personalized cancer care with compassion and a patient-centered approach.
Dr. Nutalapati moved to Kentucky six years ago with her husband, who is also a physician, and they have recently welcomed their second son. As a family, they love to travel and hike. Dr. Nutalapati and her family are honored to be welcomed into the community and she is looking forward to broadening the scope of hematology and medical oncology services at Ephraim McDowell.
