Due to unforeseen circumstances, Ephraim McDowell Garrard Clinic, located at 405 Danville Street in Lancaster, has permanently closed.

Patients previously seen at the clinic can continue receiving care from Lauren Pingleton, APRN, and Erin Fannin, APRN, who are now seeing patients at North Garrard Family Medical Center, located at 510 Camp Dick Road North. Brandi Browning, APRN and current Associates at North Garrard Family Medical Center will continue to see patients. All other Associates formerly working at Garrard Clinic will remain employed within the Ephraim McDowell Health system.
