Ephraim McDowell Health (EMH) has begun its 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), a process conducted every three years to better understand the health needs and priorities of the communities it serves.
As part of this effort, Ephraim McDowell Health is inviting community members, organizations, and local leaders to share their input through a brief community survey. The information gathered will help identify key health concerns and opportunities to improve access to care and health resources across the region.
“The feedback we receive will help guide future programs, education efforts, and partnerships aimed at improving the overall health and well-being of our region,” said Libby Mayes, Assistant VP of Community Engagement, EMH.

To participate in the survey, community members can visit scan the QR code or visit https://uky.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_37Bdukjzy3X76Tk.
Ephraim McDowell Health appreciates the community’s participation and partnership in helping shape the future of local healthcare.
