Retirement Savings Plan: Ephraim McDowell will match up to 8% of your base earnings on a pre-tax basis. The match on lesser amounts varies but is a substantial contribution to your retirement portfolio.
Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance: Associates have a choice of insurance options available and enjoy the benefit of medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one of employment. Whether choosing medical, dental, vision, or a combination of these, Associates can select varying levels of coverage to suit their individual needs.
Basic Life Insurance & AD&D: We provide full-time Associates free life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage of 1.5 x annual salary beginning the first day of employment.
Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance: Full-time Associates are eligible for Long Term Disability (LTD) insurance starting on the first day of employment. This benefit provides financial protection in case you are unable to work due to a qualifying disability, ensuring your peace of mind from day one.
Education Assistance: We offer Tuition Reimbursement and/or Student Loan Repayment for Associates in hard-to-fill positions.
Time Off Accrual: Starting from the first day of employment, Associates begin accruing Paid Time Off and Short Term Illness benefits. Our policy is designed to support our Associates’ needs for personal, vacation, and sick time, ensuring they have the flexibility and support to take time off as needed.
