Office is very friendly. The staff were very knowledgeable and they make you feel comfortable while you’re there they communicate with the patients.

I am thinking I need a new pc physician. •the questioner/documenter before Emily Hines came in didn’t listen to a thing I said. Asked questions I had just answered. (1. Why are you here—yearly checkup do I don’t get dropped. 2. What is the level of your pain?—what pain?) •waited for a long time—was thinking you were busy and I should leave and reschedule •Emily asked me if I had been there before (yes) • She asked me who I had seen (her)—not feeling confident at this point •the lab was awful •vial on the floor when I arrived—hope they didn’t use it on me •waited a long time for blood to be drawn—listening to conversations between staff (birthdays; hope you feel better soon 😮) •one of the vials the sticker brought had moisture bubbles in it •the sticker should never do that job again Her stab was fast and hard—she couldn’t get it right • she pointed the needle in many directions; in and out in and out—finally I said let’s just stop. She said okay and I looked at it and it was still in and just hanging there •she went to the other arm. •she said take these papers to the front •the front lady said, she hadn’t written anything on them. I’m not sure about this practice. Thanks for asking. —JS

As always Fr Hines was polite and listened to me. She came up with a plan for my complaint and was quick to act.
