Our facility offers advanced practice providers whose scope of practice includes physical examinations, well-child examinations and treatment of acute illness. Lab and X-ray services are available on-site. We offer primary care five days a week and walk-in care seven days a week. We can help you with fractures and sprains, upper respiratory infections, nausea, vomiting, bronchitis/pneumonia, colds/cough/flu, fever, ear aches, eye infections, sports injuries, insect bites, cuts/bruises and physicals. Fort Logan Walk-in & Primary Care is a department of Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

She forgot to check my ears and with the fluid drainage, my left ear is now killing me. I don’t know if I am answering this survey for April or Kevin since both links were sent to the same text address but could she please call me in an antibiotic for this ear?

Everyone was very nice, professional and caring. Checked me in very quickly. I would have put a 5 star but I don’t understand why a clinic could not send me across the street for ultrasound or give me 1-2 pain pills to hold me over until today. I’m still in pain and have had no sleep. I’m sure it is protocol and I am in NO WAY blaming the staff. They were 5 out of 5.
