Our center offers advanced practice providers whose scope of practice includes physical examinations, well-child examinations and treatment of acute illness. As appointments are taken for primary care needs, we also offer walk-in care five days a week. We can help you with fractures and sprains, upper respiratory infections, nausea, vomiting, bronchitis/pneumonia, colds/cough/flu, fever, ear aches, eye infections, sports injuries, insect bites, cuts/bruises and physicals. Ephraim McDowell Liberty Family Medical Center is a department of Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital.

He’s the best of the best. You won’t find anyone that cares more or tries harder for his patients. I haven’t seen Tiara yet but I know she’s great and am so happy she has joined the team there. The nurses are outstanding, so friendly, caring, and gentle. Office staff and manager, Holly, are a 10/10 as well. All around best clinic. They all deserve a raise!
