The information on my report was wrong. It listed me as being overweight and 197 pounds. I weighed 134 about a month ago. He told me I had an ear infection and could almost guarantee a double ear infection. He looked down my throat and that was it. My paper says a sinus infection (I know very similar to an ear infection). Not very happy with the doctor I saw and the wrong information on my chart. I want everyone to be able to look back and see correct information.

Having issues with getting a pa took care of on a prescription. Insurance is telling me a the office has not fill out correctly. Nurse said she knows how to do here job, wouldn’t call the number givin by insurance to submit the pa while I was there. Just frustrated my sugar level has been at 200 for the last 7 day since I seen the doctor. Looks like the insurance and nurse could work together a little better instead of pointing fingers saying the other is at fault, meanwhile I’m not getting any better. Glad this is not a life or death situation.
