Our center offers advanced practice providers whose scope of practice includes physical examinations, well-child examinations and treatment of acute illness. As appointments are taken for primary care needs, we also offer walk-in care five days a week. We can help you with fractures and sprains, upper respiratory infections, nausea, vomiting, bronchitis/pneumonia, colds/cough/flu, fever, ear aches, eye infections, sports injuries, insect bites, cuts/bruises and physicals. Ephraim McDowell Liberty Family Medical Center is a department of Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital.

Quick getting me in. Very nice attitude and the best needle stick I’ve ever had. I am a little squeamish about blood work, but I honestly didn’t feel the stick or drawing the blood. A+++

Tiara is always nice and patient, she checked & helped my little boy when he was sick. Happy to have good providers here that cares for peoples health, really like they have walk in options instead of appointments only. It helps a lot of people.
