July 16, 2018 – Danville, Kentucky– Ephraim McDowell Family & Internal Medicine welcomes Justin Lande, D.O., to the practice.  He will be joining Dr.Mohammad Shahzad, Summer Mountjoy-Blair, advanced practice provider and Lindsay Medley, advanced practice provider.

Dr. Lande earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and attended medical school at the University of Pikeville – Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He completed his Internal Medicine residency training at the University of Kentucky.  He enjoys preventative medicine and treating diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. 

Dr. Lande and his wife have one daughter.  In their free time, they enjoy going to church, swimming, biking, and running.
