Ephraim McDowell Dedman Primary Care welcomes Christina Leber, FNP-C, APRN. Christina will join Dr. Buddy Hurt, Dr. Mary Meek and Melissa Sims, advanced practice provider, on October 12.

Christina is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through American Academy Of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Bachelor’s of Nursing and Master’s in Advanced Practice Family Nurse Practitioner from Eastern Kentucky University. Christina will be providing primary care services including physical exams, well-child exams, sports physicals, Medicare wellness exams, as well as treatment for acute and chronic illness for all ages.

Christina lives in Lancaster with her husband, three children and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to the mountains and national parks.

Ephraim McDowell Dedman Primary Care is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Christina is accepting new patients, and appointments may be scheduled now by calling (859) 734-5173.
