Kick Start Your New Year with a Free Heart Health Screening at the Lincoln County Cooperative Extension Office February 3

Start the New Year off right by prioritizing your heart health! Ephraim McDowell Health is excited to announce a free heart health screening at the Lincoln County Cooperative Extension Office (104 Metker Trail) on Monday, February 3, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. following a heart healthy Lunch & Learn.

Health screenings that will be offered are cholesterol, glucose, A1C, blood pressure, body mass index, take-home colorectal cancer screening kits (over age 45), anxiety, depression, and heart risk assessments.  After the screenings are complete, participants will have the opportunity to discuss their results with a licensed health professional. The screenings are open to the public for anyone 18 years of age and older.
