Residents of Lincoln County and surrounding communities now have greater access to experienced surgical care close to home. Ephraim McDowell Central Kentucky Surgeons has opened a new surgery clinic in Stanford, offering convenient office consultations while expanding surgical services available at Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital.
The new clinic, located at 107 Metker Trail, Suite 3, is staffed by board-certified general surgeons Johongir Muradov, MD, and George Swope Munday, MD, who will provide office consultations, evaluations, and follow-up care for patients in the region.
In addition to seeing patients in the clinic, Dr. Muradov and Dr. Munday will perform a variety of surgical procedures at Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital, allowing many patients to receive both their consultations and surgical care closer to home.
“Our goal is to make high-quality surgical care more accessible for the communities we serve,” said Dr. Muradov. “By offering office visits in Stanford and performing surgeries locally at Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital, we’re helping patients receive the care they need without the added burden of traveling farther from home.”
