Ephraim McDowell Eye & Vision Center is pleased to welcome Sara Eldridge, OD, to its team of eye care professionals.

Dr. Eldridge earned an undergraduate degree in Biology from Campbellsville University and her doctorate in optometry from the Kentucky College of Optometry at the University of Pikeville. Dr. Eldridge is certified in optometry by the Kentucky Board of Optometric Examiners. She also serves as a trustee on the Kentucky Optometric Association board. Dr. Eldridge is passionate about comprehensive eye care for all. Special areas of interest include dry eye, contact lenses, glaucoma, and pediatric eye care. 

Dr. Eldridge was born and raised in Lebanon, KY. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, coffee dates with her husband, Blake, spending time with their two dachshunds, and serving at their church.
