Ephraim McDowell Health welcomes Taylor Sparks, MSN, APRN, FNP-C to the medical staff. She will practice at Ephraim McDowell Central Kentucky Surgeons, located at 130 Daniel Drive in Danville. Also practicing there are Drs. David O. Montgomery, George Swope Munday, Tin Tran and Katrina Kolasa.

Taylor graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2024 and is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She has a special interest in outpatient and preventative care and is focused on treating surgical and breast cancer patients while providing patient education.

Taylor lives in Lancaster with her husband Josh and their three children, Wyatt, Russell, and Robin. During her free time she enjoys spending time outside, listening to audiobooks, traveling with friends and family but above all loves spending time with her large family.
