Ephraim McDowell Rehabilitation in Stanford is moving from its current location at Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital to 107 Metker Trail, Suite 2. The new location is just across the street from the hospital. Ephraim McDowell Rehabilitation will close on Thursday, May 28 at 1 p.m. and will reopen in its new location on Monday, June 1 at 10 a.m..
The new location will continue to provide comprehensive physical therapy services for a wide range of conditions and injuries, including acute and chronic neck and back pain, joint replacements, and rehabilitation following knee, elbow, hip, rotator cuff, ACL, and meniscus surgeries. With more than 30 years of combined experience, the rehabilitation team is committed to delivering personalized, timely care tailored to each patient’s needs. New patients are welcome and can typically be seen with little to no wait time. Ephraim McDowell Rehabilitation is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon.
