The community is invited to prioritize their health at Wellness Day at the Mercer County Farmers’ Market on Saturday, July 11 from 9 a.m. – 1 p m.

Wellness Day at the Market will provide convenient access to preventive health services and wellness resources.  Ephraim McDowell Health will provide the following screenings and services: cholesterol screenings, A1C screenings, blood pressure checks, body composition analysis, anxiety & depression screenings, take-home colorectal cancer screening kits (over age 45), and one-one-one health counseling.

In addition, the Mercer County Health Department will provide skin cancer risk assessments and educational information on skin cancer prevention and early detection.
