Ephraim McDowell Health is proud to announce that Anthony Martinez, a senior at Danville High School, has been named the winner of the 2026 Break the Vape Public Service Announcement (PSA) Video Contest.
The contest challenged local middle & high school students across the Ephraim McDowell Health service area to create original videos encouraging their peers to avoid vaping. Anthony’s video will be featured on the big screen at Danville Cinemas, allowing his message to reach thousands of community members.
“We’re proud to recognize Anthony for using his creativity to promote an important public health message,” said Monica Gilbert, Community Service Coordinator at Ephraim McDowell Health. “His video is a great example of the positive impact young people can have in encouraging their peers to live vape-free.”
