Lisa Richards Buis, APRN, has joined the staff at Fort Logan Walk-in & Primary Care. She is providing walk-in care to patients of all ages.

Lisa earned her associate degree in nursing from Eastern Kentucky University in 2005.  She then went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 from Indiana Wesleyan University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2019.  She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Lisa is excited and honored to begin providing care to patients in Stanford. Lisa lives in Middleburg and in her free time she enjoys traveling, working on her farm, and spending time with family and friends.  

Fort Logan Walk-in & Primary Care is located at 110 Metker Trail in Stanford. The hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week.  For more information, call (606) 365-3360.
