Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center and Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital earn Women’s Choice Awards®

Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center (EMRMC) and Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital (EMFLH) have been recognized for the high quality care given to their female patients.  EMRMC received the Women’s Choice Award® from WomenCertified Inc., recognizing it as one of the 2025 Best Hospitals for patient experience in minimally invasive surgery.  EMFLH received the Women’s Choice Award® from WomenCertified Inc., recognizing it as one of the 2025 Best Hospitals for patient experience in obstetrics, emergency care and stroke care.

Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center was in the top 9% of 4,675 hospitals in the nation.  EMRMC garnered the award based on the analysis of hospital data submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regarding minimally invasive surgery.

Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital was in the top 3% of 4,675 hospitals in the nation for obstetrics recognition, in the top 4% of those hospitals for emergency care recognition and in the top 7% of those hospitals for stroke care recognition.

“It is very humbling for Fort Logan to be recognized in three areas for the 2025 Women’s Choice Award®,” said Dr. Lynne W. Lynn, hospital administrator at Fort Logan Hospital.  “Our Associates and the medical staff work hard to provide the best care to our patients when they come to us for obstetrics services, emergency care and stroke care.”
