Ephraim McDowell Health welcomes advanced practice provider, Seirra Braden, PA-C, to the Medical Staff. Seirra will start on August 14 and will practice with Dr. Elisa Spindel and Jessica Lester, A.P.R.N., at Ephraim McDowell Mercer Pediatrics.

Seirra completed her bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry at Western Kentucky University and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She has a special interest in breast-feeding support for new mothers, preventive care, and parent/patient education.

Seirra lives in Mercer County with her husband, Bailey, their daughter, Amelia, and their two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and gardening.
