Ephraim McDowell Gastroenterology welcomes Jennifer Griffin, APRN, FNP-C. She will join the practice on November 6 with Dr. Edgar Salas, Dr. Ryan Carbaugh, Dr. Fred Closson, Colyn Wright, PA-C and Amanda Murphy, APRN.

Jennifer is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) by the Kentucky Board of Nursing.  She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Eastern Kentucky University.  She has 10 years of experience as a family nurse practitioner and has worked in a variety of settings delivering primary care.  She has a special interest in preventative medicine and patient education.

Jennifer lives in Harrodsburg with her husband, Matthew, and two daughters, Emma and Evie.  In her down time, she loves spending time with her family on the lake, reading and vacationing to the beach.
