Ephraim McDowell Health welcomes Jody Coomer, FNP-C, APRN, to the Medical Staff.  Jody will be joining Dr. Maryam Zia, endocrinologist, and will practice inside the Ephraim McDowell Heart & Vascular Institute.

Jody is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  She is a family nurse practitioner who graduated with honors from Frontier Nursing University.  She has a special interest in diabetes.

Jody lives in Nancy, KY, but previously lived in Danville for over 20 years with her husband, Travis, and three children, Casey, Emma and Ben.  During her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, spending time on the lake and traveling.
