Michael Kyle Allen, P.A.-C., a physician assistant, has joined the staff at Ephraim McDowell Liberty Family Medical Center.  He is providing walk-in care and scheduled appointments to patients of all ages.

Kyle is from Casey County and obtained his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Eastern Kentucky University and his master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky.  He has a special interest in pre-hospital care and emergency and urgent treatment medicine.  Prior to becoming a P.A., he was an EMT-B and volunteer firefighter.  Kyle will be offering treatment of chronic and acute illnesses, physical exams, Medicare visits, splinting, stitches and CDL/DOT physicals.  Lab and x-ray services are available on-site.

Kyle and his wife, Mindy, live in Casey County with their two sons.  During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
