Ephraim McDowell Health welcomes Khursheed A. Siddiqui, M.D., interventional pain management physician, to the Medical Staff. Dr. Siddiqui will practice in a multidisciplinary approach to pain management using physical therapy, NSAIDS, membrane stabilizing agents and other modalities, with the exception of prescribing opioids.
Dr. Siddiqui earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA and his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed his residency in anesthesiology at the Medical College of Virginia and his fellowship in pain management at the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals.
Dr. Siddiqui is board-certified as a Diplomate by the American Board of Anesthesiology, American Board of Pain Medicine and the American Board of Addiction Medicine. He has more than 30 years of medical practice experience with interests in interventional pain diagnoses and treatment of pain utilizing interventional pain techniques.
Dr. Siddiqui and his wife, Sheeba, live in Nicholasville. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and traveling.
